She's also super open to any concerns or ideas we have for the complex, which in my past experience isn't normally the case. I have seen a huge QOL improvement since she took over and I am glad she's our new property manager!"

"Please treat your delivery drivers like they are there at your residents request. I was delivering a large Costco order and was told that the cart was only for them and they had to come down and get it and when I told them that resident was quarantining due to covid I was simply told sorry. Your resident requested I deliver it therefore I should be allowed to use it. Especially when it is 100° out and I had to deliver it on the 4th floor nowhere near the elevator. I don't know why some places treat delivery drivers like they are an annoyance stop using Amazon FedEx etc and go to the store yourself and see how you like that."

"Overpriced in an already insanely overpriced market. Add in that they can't be bothered to answer the phone or call you back. I called several times no one ever called me back. I had to stop in to tour it. If you want inattentive and indifferent from an overpriced apartment complex this is the place for you."
