"I called in to see if there is an availability to check out 3 bedroom place (which is available on their website). First of all, the guy wasn’t flexible at all on the time of the showing and stated that 3 pm is the latest (even tho they work till 5). Second of all, he said that there are no 3 bedrooms available for showings because they are being “cleaned “ and we can check out 2 bedrooms because they are identical. No, sir, they are not because there is one less room. I asked when we can see it once it’s done and he said that they won’t do it and it might be rented out by then. So we can do a virtual tour. Like what the heck? You offer me to rent out a place without even looking at it? Shady, very shady and so unprofessional. We will not rent from that place and would not suggest you either!"

"They seemed to find a way to fine us monthly for something. The month my daughter was born they charged us 750$ more ontop of our 2,200 rent because they said they found our dogs poop. Which I pick up every time. She has loose poops and left a little smear on the grass. They pulled the grass and sent it in. So ever since then I had to pull the grass where ever they pooped. They also fined us on Valentine’s Day saying we were smoking on the balcony. Neither of us smoke but they didn’t care and we had to pay it with the rent anyways they say. In the beginning they were great but new management took over or something. Every month I would make sure I saved extra for rent because they also would add on other thing out of nowhere."

"I really enjoy living at Keilo. This is kind of a quiet sanctuary. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are good. The hot tub spa is open year round which is great for those de-stressing nights. The staff are also very helpful whenever you have questions or concerns. I have a special shout out to Tatum who always seems to bear the brunt of my requests and always does so with a smile. The rent is very affordable when compared to other areas and you get a lot for your money in sq ft."

"High quality apartments , clean, good neighbors , super responsive maintenance requests. They’re nice apartments in a good area and I’ve really enjoyed living in them. I will say the office team is not what it used to be , the responsiveness is much slower (if at all) anymore , things take longer , they’ve shifted their hours to 9-5 which is really a personal preference that it doesn’t work as well for me but I’ve just barely been able to make it there by 450 a few times and they were already closed up early which is annoying considering they just changed the hours and aren’t always staying. The parking kind of sucks sometimes when things are really full. The pool, spa, bbq frequently have maintenance although it’s typically resolved quickly. Thin floors/ceilings. Overall it’s a nice place."

"I moved in a couple months ago now and can honestly say I have had the worst experience living here. When my husband and I first moved in we could tell that the apartment was not cleaned at all. Wiping the counters and cabinets with a white clorox wipe it would then turn the clorox wipe brown/black afterwards. We also noticed a smell in the kitchen but couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. We were washing our dishes in the dishwasher and they were not coming out clean. We looked into the dishwasher and after it was dry from a cycle the disgusting smell was coming from it. We put in a maintenance request 12/18/2021 and since then have had two people try and "clean" our dishwasher. (the pictures below are of the second attempt at them "cleaning" my dishwasher) Every time someone would come into "clean" it they would call us saying it was good to use and that their staff had cleaned it. When I informed them that it was not clean and showed them pictures. They are now having a third person to try and clean my dishwasher again. I then had to schedule a time to have them come in and try to "clean" it again. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the time because I was in the hospital and rescheduled for the following day. They then called me to tell me the person who was cleaning my dishwasher was out and would call me after to reschedule a time when they knew when the cleaner would be back. During this time the staff was friendly, however they really did not do much to try and resolve the issue. I asked if I could receive compensation for not having a safe working dishwasher. Then they would say they can't authorize that a manager has to. Every time I would call the manager would be unavailable or gone. I sent an email and today after a month they had emailed me and blamed me for cancelling the scheduled time to have it cleaned a third time, when I did not cancel I rescheduled and did not get information back. That was it, no apology either or trying to make the situation better. They also say "New Luxury Apartments" on their site but in reality it is just moldy, unclean, bad management apartments. If you want a property management that cares about their tenants and actually get things done I recommend finding a different apartment complex."
