"The apartments are quite lovely—they have functional floor plans with modern appliances and tasteful design. We feel comfortable and safe, and especially appreciate the quiet surroundings, with an added bonus of a mossy forest as our view! The amenities provided are unmatched and the property manager/leasing agents (Conrad and Barry) are prompt to respond to any and all questions and concerns. It also is a very convenient location—close to glorious restaurants with tasty foods and all the main stores for shopping (QFC grocery is 2 minutes away for convenience of staple items and more!). Overall, we feel lucky to have found this place as we embark on our new journey here in Camas, WA!"

"One of the first tenants to move into this place, so I've seen the progress on this property first-hand. It's been an exceptional experience! Very friendly, professional, and attentive staff, from the leasing agents, to the property manager. I've heard and seen the owner is on-site and very involved in the whole process, which is awesome as I can tell they pay close attention down to the details and don't cut corners. The gym is one of the best parts about being here, as the equipment is top-notch and the view of the forestry is pretty surreal. The common/entertainment room just opened, too, and it speaks to the fact the owner is investing heavily! Very nice setup with big TV's, pool table, coffee machine, living room setup, etc. Excited for the courtyard and fire pits to open up! Thoroughly enjoyed living here and it's honestly an experience; not just an apartment to come home to. Highly recommend checking the place out!"
