"They jam extended warranties in every deal without disclosing to the customer that there is optional protection in the payment. The latest thing is for them to get you to docusign and never come in to the store so you never know you are paying for protection you don't know about. COLUMBIA COUNTY DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CLOWNS."

Couldn't get the furniture in so I had ro order something else wait 2 -3 weeks set a time for them to come they don't show say they were waiting for confirmation that I gave the day prior. They wasted my whole afternoon and evening"

"We picked out a couch and when it arrived...it was the wrong one. They said there was a miscommunication since the couched were next to each other and they would make it right. They let us use the couch they delivered until our couch came in. Always super Friendly and very responsive to issues. We've used them a few times. The 6 months same as cash is great. Love it!!!"
