"We've lived here for a few months now and had no major issues with the neighborhood or the apartment itself. We did have a dryer that was going out and were going to buy a new one. But one of the maintenance employees Manny told us to save our money and that he would put in a request to get a new dryer. Manny kept us updated on the request to make sure we knew they were working on helping us out. We finally had an appointment set to recieve the new dryer. Manny and Dan replaced the dryer and made sure that everything was working correctly. They even cleaned out the inside and outside vents to make sure there was no blockage for the new dryer. With help and hardwork from them our dryer works perfectly and the vents are clean. Manny and Danny were very professional during installation and even made sure there were no other issues before they left. Not only is this neighborhood a great place to stay but they also have a fantastic mantainence team."

I took up way to much of there time and they were willing to give it. The home was just as advertised and modern floor plan! Definitely will be reviewing this as my primary choice when I move. "Moving from the east coast to Washington was a huge transition. Months of searching we were able to get in touch with Clock Tower. We were able to lock in a home a few months prior before making our move. The hard part was relying on Google maps and the pictures and videos via the Clock Tower Village website. However, Ebony and Alex has kept me and my wife in the loop through our travels, making us feel welcomed at home before arriving. Answering questions, making sure we had all the info we needed. Being extremely transparent, honest and professional. We decided to lock in the lease. When we arrived we asked if we can make an appointment to see the apartment. As I said before; With the team being so honest and transparent she stated the apartment hasn't been fully cleaned out and worked on since the the last tenants moved out. But that didn't discourage Ebony from allowing us to see it and even apologizing for the mess. When we saw the apartment I asked myself "What mess? This is perfect!" The apartment exceeded my expectations, sure it's a bit dated by today's standards; but they plan on upgrading from analog to digital in the coming months, but everything works! Minor light bulb change here, a lil tightening of a screw here. I have had no major issues! What really sells and builds the confidence of being comfortable and living here is the team that's responsive if you need anything! You call, you ask a question if they don't know the answer right away; they will contact you back as soon as they find out! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, there are several parks around the neighborhood for my child to run and play to her hearts content. Everything is walking distance, food, (restaurants) gas station, child care, post office, Amazon fulfillment center, (Perfect for package drop off or returns) and a storage center for excess furniture. In the main area there is a swimming pool, a spa and a small gym to work out in and the neighborhood is peaceful enough for morning or night time jogs. It's right off the main highway as well so you can get to any main destination quickly. I am comfortable and content here. This is a great place! A great area to start and build a new family. "We had a bad experience moving in, but since the the new management has taken over, it has gotten a lot better. Alex, Andy, Manny, Ebony, and a lady that worked with Andy are amazing. These people help in anyway possible that they can. I recently lost my job after 3 1/2 years and am struggling and the management is working with me and also has gave suggestions. I recommend this place to live. We really feel like we are at home living here. Thank you management for everything."
