"I have lived here almost 9 years and it wonderful!"
"Beautiful settings, but have to cover my back with their shady part time manager and so called social service coordinator. I know this for a fact because I live here. Manager is still not HUD CERTIFIED UNLIKE the first two managers when I first moved in going on 8 years now."
"Close to downtown Poulsbo and all the great shops, we were visiting my father-in-law."
"Interiors have NOT been upgraded for at least 10 years."
"I love my Apartment, They keep the grounds nice and clean. The Maintenance man " Josh " is prompt whenever I've had a problem. I do have to say honestly, the 2 years I've lived here my neighbor " Dee " has made me have 2nd thoughts about selling my home and moving here. No one has made me more miserable in my life. No one seems to want to do anything about her and she does it to everyone. I'm disabled and I was showering and she threw something at her side of the bath tub and startled me and I fell, so I need a x-Ray cause my right arm and shoulder clipped the soap dish and its throbbing. Last thing I need. I did report her to management in formal complaint. cause I'm going to Harborview for a redo 8hr. Surgery on my back. To get my back to where I can stand up straight. I have 38 screws and hardware in my back. 1st Surgery traumatised me so much a little over 2yrs ago. I can't live in this pain with no quality of life. So I'm taking a leap of faith that God will be with me in that operating room and guide all of the team's of Dr's and I will wake up one more time. Walking straight up and be the most grateful person on this Earth. And come home to my lovely Apt. And have my Caregivers here and hope Dee doesn't harass us too much cuz I don't think they will stand for it. Thank God. But the rest of the Women that I've met are all very friendly and I'm proud to live here besides there's always one bad apple in any place you live or people in general. Everyone warned me and told me to stay away from Dee, but a little tough when she's on the other side of my walls. If I could walk the Court house in Port Orchard, I would have been there a long time ago. But I might have to force myself there yet to put a end to this. I just wish Management would step in?? How can one person have a Apt. Complex in a uproar and not get in trouble.? I'm not taking it anymore. I've said enough...it's upsetting me now. Thanks for asking...Sorry for so much drama. Shelley Hollick # 107."
