"What a nice place! Close to everything Poulsbo has to offer, and well maintained! The manager was so friendly and helpful! Definitely top of my list for the next move."
"Scandia Knolls is a cute little apartment complex, it is close to downtown Poulsbo. The manager Jessica Judson is amazing to work with."
"Scandia Knolls was my very first home! I always recommend everyone I know to check out Scandia Knolls. The property is well maintained! The location is great! Close to everything without feeling like you're right in the middle of the town. Very peaceful."
"Scandia Knolls is a wonderful property! It's tucked away, but close to everything you need in town. I highly recommend Scandia Knolls to everyone! The apartments are layed out very well, each home has a covered parking space! You don't pay extra to have covered parking!"
"My staying experience at this appartment should be nice, if below story didn't happen. 10 days before moving out, I contacted the cleaning service provider which the management authorized for room cleaning on last day. She agreed to do so. All in a sudden, however, one day before the moving she cancelled the service. After talking with the management, I was informed I can clean it by myself. So just took one day off and clean the apt by myself very seriously. I believe it is as cleaning as it was when I moved in (as pics shown below). Three weeks later, I was charged $650 for "extra" cleaning from the deposit. Sounds funny and ridigulous, isn't it?? Very disappointmented with the apt managment."
