The facilities are always well kept and clean, the location is fantastic for commuting (10 minutes to Bangor), and it's right by downtown Poulsbo. The landlord Amber was always great to work with- her professionalism and kindness were always appreciated, and I knew I could ask her any question and could count on a timely response. I will certainly be recommending Arendal to my friends and family who will be moving to the area."
"Arendal is a great place to live. It’s so peaceful and serenity here. Amber and Donna are super nice managers. They’re very thoughtful and kind and also knowledgeable. The community is really friendly and holds lots of fun events. Parking spaces are ample. Apartments are very spacious and energy efficient. I’m surprised with my super low electricity bill for the first month. Definitely recommend living here! Your every penny counts here. If I had to say one bad thing here, it would probably be not having an elevator access when you are carrying a 32 lbs cat litter bag upstairs. It’s probably the only thing. But considering it’s only a 3 floor building, it would be fairly to understand not having elevator. In a word, I would definitely recommend living here!"
