"Please don’t use this place. When Mandy was here it was great now it’s not. It took over three months to do something that Mandy had done in less than one month for the past 4 years. I understand family emergencies, but you should always have a back up plan or when I call and your overwhelmed. Just be honest and tell me to file somewhere else. I’m the one that found this place as my daughter is a college student. I made this clear several times before the process started. Instead of dealing with me, which my daughter requested several several times, they refused to honor her request. Two months after having my daughters file they tell my daughter they are missing a paper. Really cause one month ago the person that had the file said everything was done. What happened to it? AND THEN, instead of calling my daughter or myself to ask where she wanted her refund to go, they sent the REFUND BY MAIL WITHOUT VERIFYING THE ADDRESS!!!!!! In the 4 years we dealt with Mandy it was paid electronically. The military relocated Mandy’s family. And the person that took over my daughters file takes 3 months to send a 20k check by mail. Without verifying the address, which we moved, thankfully it was forwarded. To clarify there was a family emergency two separate times. Which I get, but someone in the office should take responsibility of the file or send me to another place. Oh and to top it off they charged my daughter MORE than Mandy charged us, without a discount for the EXTRA two months it took to complete my daughters taxes. My daughter unfortunately always pays her bills right away, or I would have told her to wait. When I called and left a message they told my daughter they could give her a discount. 3 months later, no discount received. Go to Jones Accounting or somewhere else please. Save yourself the time and headache. Mandy doesn’t work here anymore."

"I “DO NOT” recommend Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting, the customer service there is subpar at best. There are better accounting offices here locally that will go above and beyond to assist your needs and don't charge you $45 dollars just to make a copy of your past tax returns. NW Bookkeeping Services LLC was amazing to deal with and Dale Offret CPA out of Coupeville very customer service based in anything you need and they don’t charge you for copies if you need them. If you are looking for a great Tax accounting service stay away from Pacific Grace!"
