"Very nice apartments, friendly staff, well kept. Lots of amenities. I agree with all of the positive comments you’ll see here. We don’t use the autopay because we’ve had a few issues. The valet trash service has gotten better, but they still miss on occasion. The new fitness center is very nice, except no access to the restrooms after business hours. Overall we love our apartment, and the apartment community; however, there is no kitchen pantry because the stacked washer dryer is in the kitchen. If I could have my way, I’d move the laundry to where the built in desk is (which is right next to the water heater closet), and make the current washer/dryer location a pantry. I’d also have cupboards above the refrigerator."

"We’ve only been here for about a week now, and there aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind everyone is. We did a walk through back in November and first the whole apartment/woodland in general is so amazing but Anna was so helpful and kind during this whole process which really sold us. If you’re looking for nice, spacious and good priced 2b2b but if you’re also looking for amazing management woodlands is absolutely perfect for you. We love it so much especially after past experiences with other apartments, woodland is like a breath of fresh air."

"Maintenance here are the very best. They respond quickly. I had an after hours emergency and they arrived with 10minutes of being dispatched. Woodland is overall a nice place to live. And it's convenient to everything. You technically don't need a car."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for 6 months now and we love it! Amazing location, peaceful community, beautiful apartments. The staff are all incredibly kind. Rent is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. The valet trash can be spotty some weeks but it’s understandable. The new gym is pretty nice, I’m looking forward to it being 24/7 so I’m able to use it more often. Landscaping is constant and the community is extremely well kept. I’m super happy about the lack of noise, my neighbors are either very quiet or these walls are nice and thick. Third floor apartments get hot in the summer, keep that in mind when/if selecting a floor. I really enjoy living here, I definitely recommend!"
