"Capital Park apartments have been a very pleasant place to live. I've been there since July 2023 and will be there until May 2024. The place is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Laundry is on sight and cheaper than at the laundry mats in town, coin, card, or phone operation capable. The apartments themselves are reasonably sized with all new carpet and wood laminate flooring. The staff managing the apartment complex, really are the heart and soul of the place, and have been incredibly helpful and efficient. From the start the property Manager, Mrs. Tammy Thompson, has been warm, welcoming, and more than gracious to us. She's part of the reason we decided to go with Capital Park Apartments; because while other apartment complexes in the area wouldn't even give us the time of day, she was genuine and kind, making a stressful time of appartment hunting an easy decision. While not luxury apartments, they are very comfortable, well maintained, and positioned in a fantastic spot within walking distance of the capital mall, multiple grocery stores, and restaurants, with a bus route one block away. Noise pollution is minimal during the day and nonexistent at night. The ideal place to rent for couples, families just starting out, seniors, and the single professional. Capital Park Apartments is a very nice place to live, and I will miss the place when I move."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Tammy and her staff. Everyone is kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve been here for 1 1/2 years and it’s been great! Tammy is one of, if not, the best property manager I’ve ever rented from. She takes pride in the property and it shows. I’m so glad I live here! The complex recently went through some renovations, and Tammy made sure we were all informed multiple times before renovations began. Capital Park Apartments is also in a great location as Target, Capital Mall, food, entertainment, are all super close. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I have been living here for 9yrs at Capital Park Apts. And by far the best complex to live in, in Olympia Wa. The staff at Capital Park is always on Point during any circumstance that arises. Tammy & Lori take care of Administrative issues quickly and professionally, Tom is the best maintenance man you could ever ask for! I am a elderly resident and they really do care about their tenants!"

I have lived at capitol park apartments for over 3 years now! i've really enjoyed my time here. it's a nice, quiet place to live for an amazing price. I would recommend for first time renters or people changing apartments. also, some units offer an amazing view of the nearby hills!"

We moved here sight unseen from thousands of miles away 6 years ago, and we picked Capital Park Apartments because the reviews were waaay better than every other place in Oly, the cost of rent was low, and the location was great. Management is great, and as a union shop steward this is the only context you'll ever hear me say those words... Tammy, Tom, and Lori make this place a welcoming home for everyone. It's evident in everything that they do that they truly care for their tenants. So if you're looking for a place to call home, why not choose here?"
