"I speak for my experience, and many of these reviews confuse me. However, I have lived here for six years with no legitimate or significant issues. We are in a two-bedroom top-floor apartment with vaulted ceilings. The fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer, and dryer are included. Any problems with the appliances or in general have been handled promptly. The management has always been pleasant regardless of whom has been in charge. Each maintenance team member has been professional. We enjoy living here and plan on staying longer."

"Heather meadows is a beautiful property ran by a wonderful management team They take the cleanliness of the property and of the units. Very seriously. The manager Kayla is a Rockstar if there is an issue she is on it The maintenance staff is very kind and respectful of residence belongings I would recommend this property to everyone Also for all the people who have negative things to say RULES are put in place to be followed don’t shoot the messenger when they are just following those same rules Also for the people complaining about charges it is really simple Don’t trash your unit and leave it for the management team to deal with BOOM got your deposit back Not that hard !!!!"

"Great place, playground for kids, upstairs unit has vaulted ceiling with sky light makes it look more roomy and definatly more sunlight, has a laundry room with full size washer/Dryer and a dish washer. I filled out a maintenance work order for some stuff I noticed needed to be fixed, and everything was fixed fast and efficiently. The manager was very helpful as well and is respectful. Much better place than most around the area. keep the area cleaned up, no garbage laying anywhere or tons of cats wondering around. Don't get me wrong, I love cats, but not when they're everywhere......"

"I was there for almost 6 years and been through 3 managers. The first 2 managers we amazing and helpful. The last one named Kayla was horrible! She harassed me and my family to the point we had to move! Now even though I cleaned the apartment the best I could for the lack of care the manager put into it Kayla has turned me into collections for damages she has yet to inform me about. I have gotten no information or any emails from Kayla about what is wrong with the apartment. She has kept my security deposit of $650.00 and a no refundable pet deposit of $400.00 and I am now in collections for almost $1000 for damages that I have no information or paperwork about. Please do not rent from here they will make your life terrible."

"I own the business that cleans units prior to new tenants moving in to vacant units. I've been working with Heather Meadows for almost a year now and I have had nothing but great experiences in working with the staff. The property manager has been nothing but professional and polite when working with her to ensure units are clean and ready to go. There is a lot that goes into preparing a unit for new tenants and I appreciate that this complex takes cleanliness and sanitation seriously, especially in the world we are living in today."
