"I feel very lucky to be here and have the apartment I have. I have a beautiful view ~ fields and trees in the distance. My place is very quiet, I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and when I do, it is usually pretty quiet and very short-lived. The staff who run this place are always helpful, friendly, and work hard to get things taken care of quickly. The maintenance guys are great! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and get things done pretty quickly. Again, I feel lucky. My apartment is very spacious and has lots of closets! I truly feel so happy and grateful to be here! ;-)"

"Love how spacious the apartment is. 2 bdrm. 2 Bath. Our manager Shandy and our assistant manager Patti are amazing and friendly. The maintenance is slow to fix things and need to wear booties when entering . Other than that I love it here."

"I would first like to say that Shandie in the office is wonderful. She is caring and helpful and this review is not a reflection on her in any way. Our experience with Elk Creek was very bad. We were forced to live in a unit unsuitable for our family, and were refused a more suitable unit. When we moved out, instead of sending our bill directly to us, they sent it straight to collections. Do not move here you will regret it. Thankfully we are in a much more positive place now."

"Staff has always been friendly and very responsive, regardless of which staff member it is. We have lived here 1.5 years and I've never had any problems with work orders being answered in a timely manner. When we first moved in, the hot water heater was old and rusted, so they replaced in within 2 days. Never any issues with the pricing or billing. The floors, countertops, paint, and one baseboard heater were new upon move-in, and the washer and dryer were practically brand new. The landscaping is maintained better than all of the low income apartments I've seen in Port angeles. Our dumpsters get emptied often enough to pretty much always have space for trash and recycling. And we've never had any theft issues. For us, the pros to this apartment complex outweigh the cons. The cons are that there are condensation issues in the bottom floor apartments, not everyone respects the no-smoking rules, doors often become crooked/hard to open or close, our first refrigerater took some convincing to have replaced, and they don't send you any type of bill or reminder for how much rent is due (which is fine if you have a good memory, but I don't) so at the end of every month I get anxiety over making my payment correctly. I'm sure the condensation has something to do with the way the complex was built, but it's nothing that can't be kept at bay. Over all it's a step up from our previous studio and we don't regret moving here."
