"To people reading the negative reviews from years ago - just know that I also was doubtful that these apartments were good BUT that Pebble Bay has recently gone through a management change and I can tell you now living here that I've had the most positive experience. The communication prior to moving in was excellent and the condition and expectations for my apartment met all of them. I can say the manager, Julie, truly does care and wants the place to feel like home for you. She adds home-y touches during holidays and on your move in day. I had a maintenance request the first week unfortunately (garbage disposal) and even with this, I was still so impressed by the timely manner this was taken care. The manager and maintenance team were on this so quick unlike some places where you're waiting days - this is so appreciated Pebble Bay! Thank you! PLEASE don't let previous negative reviews from prior management stop you from checking this apartment complex out."

"I absoulty LOVE my aptment and the community and management at Pebble Bay !! Ive been here a year now and just resigned my lease . I have never lived in such a quiet apt comlex , Everything from the laundry room ALWAYS CLEAN , to the grounds around the complex ALWAYS kept up , to the new paint job , Love Love the new yellow doors , the the brand new parking lot , to julie the manager always available after hours and returns your calls in a promt timely maner . Oh did i forget to mention all the cute fun little stuff management does on holidays i just recieved the cutes bad of candy for Hallowern around my door knob when i left for work and just brought a smile to my face . I LOVE IT HERE !!!!! Not one issue AT ALL !!! A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGEMENT at Pebble Bay thanks for all you do !!!!"

"This is an awesome place to live. I moved in during a management change so it was a little hectic the first month but the current property manager is very helpful and responds to your emails usually within a couple hours. The laundry room is very well kept and they redid the parking lot and repainted the buildings. When one of the laundry machines broke it was fixed within three days and I haven’t had any maintenance issues in my apartment and I’ve lived there for a year. The lawn is beautiful and the neighbors are polite and quiet. I definitely recommend living here if you have the option."

"This is apartment complex is OK at best. The apartment complex keeps upping there rent $150+ each lease since 2014. They promised a activity/media room next to the main office for all the tenants to use, but instead they built another apartment to rent. The lawn is neglected and everything seems to be dying. The onsite washers/dryers were finally replaced after being Out of Order for 6 months. You can practically hear everything going on in the apartments next to you. The water is brown when you first turn on your faucets and has a sulfur smell to it. The bedroom and bathroom suffers from mold issues and you can tell maintenance just paints over it. I was really concerned since we have a 9 month old son. When you open your windows for some fresh air you smell tobacco and marijuana odor from surrounding apartments. The property manager is hardly ever around and if you have an issue or a question good luck. The only time they contact you on time is when they need your rent. On a positive note the location is great right in the middle of town. If your paying $850(1bed) and $1,000(2bed) you'd expect professionalism and nice amenities. Just saying and thank you Pebble Bay for the wonderful stay =)"
