"I received a UPS package that was addressed to a stranger who no longer lives at my house. I tried to return it to sender through this store, and they refused to do anything with it. They insisted that it would just be sent back to me, even though I had written "return to sender" and "not at this address" on the package. Meanwhile, the store in Tumwater accepted it, no problem, just as they've done in the same situation in the past. So I had to drive way out of my way just to return a package that was wrongly delivered to me. One of the employees at the Cooper Point store even suggested that I keep the package, which would be unethical. Such a frustrating experience."
"This is a heads-up to any and all considering using this service. Pay close attention to the back end when it comes time to terminate service. On two occasions before the contract period ended I went into the store personally to attend to having our mail forwarded. Both times, there was a long private meeting in the back room between the clerk I dealt with and some clerk who had been there longer apparently. After long waits I was informed I'd be charged $25 for each forwarded piece of mail. I declined and I was handed a form but then told to return at some date closer to the desired termination date. My first visit was more than a month out. On the second visit they accepted the termination form and referred me to USPS. USPS referred me back to the store. Today was the termination date and the mailbox keys were returned. When I attempted to file a change of address today with the postal service it was blocked citing the stores responsibility to forward mail for 6 months, postage due. Research your options carefully at the front end. Had I known what lay ahead with these people, I would have made another choice."
"Today I arrived at the UPS Store on Cooper Pt. Road in Olympia, WA. The store was pretty busy but the wait time was very short; both cashiers were courteous and professional. Jodie did a great job helping me figure out my return to Amazon and made my visit a very positive experience."
"Darby is always a huge help! Thank you for being you and I'm so glad that you're at this location. A pleasant demeanor and always so nice! I chose to write this review over the negative one regarding a young gal, dark hair, glasses and the only one wearing a mask. she's pretty rude. learned that she's this way to others who stop by here - she's literally a reason why some won't go by this location - but I figure that's because she's miserable. I'd rather boost Darby! You're great with customers, every time I stop by! I hope you rub off on your co worker, she needs it!"
"I don't usually write reviews but today I've had enough. When I go to this particular UPS, I usually have to go to this one employee because the others are busy. She's an older woman with faded pink hair and glasses. Every time I have ever interacted with her, she's been unpleasant. Usually she's very seemingly annoyed, as if inconvenienced by having to do her job. I am usually sent there because I have amazon returns for my mom and usually have more than one package. Usually she gives a very annoyed look and a careless tone. Today was different. I came in with a single package that needed to get sent and she was already equipped with the look. She attempted to scan it once and said that it had a white line through it so she couldn't scan it. She looked at me as if it was my fault and she scanned it multiple times to no avail. She said that she wasn't going to ship it because it wasn't scanning and almost glared like she was blaming me for the way the barcode was printed. I then took it to the other UPS store in town and they scanned it once and sent my package on its merry way. I had to go 30 minutes out of my way for no reason other than her faulty scanner and terrible attitude. Management please fix this."
