Olmsted Falls Depot and Model Railroad Museum
About the Business
The Olmsted Falls Depot and Model Railroad Museum is a unique institution located at 25802 Garfield Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. This museum is a haven for railroad enthusiasts and history buffs alike, showcasing a collection of model trains and artifacts that highlight the rich history of Northeastern railroads.
One of the museum's special features is the opportunity for visitors to experience what it's like to operate a locomotive, thanks to the help of the Monticello Railway Museum. This hands-on experience is made possible by the efforts of Corey Burrell, a 27-year-old deaf rail fan who has always dreamed of working for a railroad. Despite the challenges he faces due to his disability, Corey is determined to make his dream a reality with the support of generous donors.
Corey has set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for his locomotive operating experience, and he is reaching out to the community for support. Your donation can help Corey achieve his lifelong dream and make a difference in his life. Visit the Olmsted Falls Depot and Model Railroad Museum to learn more about Corey's story and to explore the fascinating world of railroads. Thank you for your support.

"The best picnic place for train Sightseeing"
"I took my father to the depot this past weekend as we are both into old time railroads and history. It was closed but we still had a great time admiring the architecture. He thought that depot was the one moved from Middleburg Township many many years ago. After doing some research, we discovered it was not. However, we did find out that the structure we were thinking of is still close by right behind Grand Pacific Junction."
"Great train sets here. After joining, one could run their own train on this membership model rail club. $20 a month. Business meeting on last Thursday of the month."
"We love visiting when they have open houses. My son is special needs and absolutely loves trains. Coming here is one of those few things that makes my son so happy. He loves looking at all the trains. I love looking at all the intricate details of it. Every time we go I see something else. Such a great place to see when they're open!"
"We went to see the Club's layout and it was great. Ranked tops. The Club members were warm and welcoming. Answered every one of our questions and more. We highly recommend a visit for anyone that has an affinity for anything trains. Will be visiting them again."
