"Don’t bring your kids here, this place is a nightmare. They essentially kicked my son out for being developmentally disabled (even though I was up front about his disabilities from the beginning). There were multiple times I would pick my son up and his “teachers” would be on FaceTime or playing on their phones, not paying any attention to my son. I’ve come in multiple times to hear the teachers screaming at the kids. They sound more like angry parents than professionals. They would never tell me areas he was improving in or even attempted to work with him. They only ever told me how terrible my child was for not listening to them every single day. He’s speech delayed, of course he’s not going to listen to you, but if you were any kind of a child care professional you would know that and at least work with him. The last straw was a few days before he was officially kicked out. I came to pick him up and his teacher was once again on FaceTime with a friend and ignoring my child. When I brought him home and changed him, he had bruises all over his back. When I reported them to CPS, they told me this daycare has had multiple complaints over the years. They somehow get away with it every single time. If you value your child and their safety and well-being, find another daycare other than this one."
"My daughter came home with a bruise on her face saying her teacher pushed her into the table. CPS was called, police were called. My son was not watched at all. Everyday he would come home saying he was kicked in the face or choked or hit by the other kids. After numerous times of kids will be kids, my daughters incident it was over. Her teacher was down to fight me over me confronting her about them not watching my kids. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! HIS OWN FAMILY STOPPED WORKING FOR HIM AND CALLED CPS ON HIM! He has a couple centers. He hires anyone and everyone. The turn over is ridiculous. He has people who can’t pass a state background check working for him. He’s in it for the money, the state has to come for him to buy the center supplies and do work to it. If you care about your children you will go somewhere else. I started them there to support a black business, ended up not worth it. Do not bring your children here!"
"Would never have my kids go back here, rude, unprofessional, and they called me every day saying my daughter was crying and gave me such grief about it and tried to get me to leave work early... every...day. the girl working there at night should not be working with the infants if she can't handle some crying. You're a daycare, kids are your job. Few other unhappy situations, too much to write. Just pick another daycare"
"DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TODDLER AT THIS PLACE.... I rate this facility a ZERO. Those toddlers ARE NOT BEING MONITORED/WATCHED PROPERLY!!!! I had the worst experience at this location. Im surprised they are still in buisness. The staff/teacher, CHRYSTAL is in there just sitting on her lazy butt collecting a check. She is in charge of 7 or more toddlers at one time (which I thought to be insane) and on numerous occasions I’ve seen the toddlers just walking around like little zombies without anything productive or educational to do. They are their just idled. I asked if I can bring books and learning items with my kid and was told that outside items were not permitted in classrooms. Because these kids have nothing to mentally stimulate them, my kid has managed to learn bad behaviors like scratching & biting. My kid has also been scratched & bitten. All the director can do is give verbal warnings to the staff/teacher to encourage them to pay close attention to the toddlers. As for the parents, I had to leave work on several occasions to pick up my kid for the most craziest reasons anyone can imagine. I was also written up at my job because I get called 2 hours after dropping my kids off every other day. This place is not a good buisness for childcare especially not with Toddlers. I traded this convenient location for a more “quality” daycare facility located further out. Just to maintain employment and to have a peace of mind. I hope this review can be helpful to parent(s) because those kids can not speak for themselves and are in daycare facility the majority of the day, literally more than they are at home with their families. I wish I was forewarned prior to enrolling my child in this facility. This is important and a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD AT THIS FACILITY. If you enrolled already, just prepare to be terminated from your job because the protocols at this daycare facility is not made for working parents. Yet & still this daycare facility will want their payments in full and ontime as if the child has been their the entire week. Good luck and Good riddens!!!"
"A lot of red flags. Long story short I tried to give the benefit of doubt over and over and regretted it. My son became absolutely terrified of one of the employees. There was a high turn over rate in the two months my kid went there and the one who my kid was most scared of was still there when i went to pick up his things and she said they "couldnt find" our backpack and clothes? When I say scared I mean he would tremble in fear when we would walk in and not engage the toys or kids at all (and the caregivers didn't try to take him or comfort him, they expected me to just leave him crying! Um no!) I have a really good and well adjusted kid and this was very unnerving behavior. I asked to review the footage more than once but never got to see what actually was going on. I highly suspect the caregivers do the bare minimum for the kids, and these kids do not feel safe or cared for. More than a few times I heard the caregivers yell at the kids in a threatening tone. The security door being left cracked open during working hours, etc. I honestly could go on and on with how negative our experience was and how many red flags I saw. I regret keeping my kid in for as long as I did. I talked with the director about what we experienced several times and while he's kind and receptive to listening, what is going on in these daycares is out of control. There needs to be a much bigger change instead of verbal warnings when caregivers have repeat behavior."
