"I was here for business. The overnight lady was nice. But the rooms were the worst rooms I ever seen. There was no hot water for the shower. Lucky I was just there for work."

"This place is a great deal and the absolute best staff. All the low reviews are due to a parking garage. The rooms are a bit dated but totally legit, no bugs or weird smells. Windows open for fresh air and great location. Definitely consider this place if you’re looking to save a little money. Keep them in business they’re definitely trying to make this place as good as it can be. It’s by far the best deal in town."

"The service at this location was FANTASTIC. Very helpful at the front desk. The room was a little bit run down looking, but everything was clean and smelled great. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and a bath set that included hand soap, conditioner, and shampoo. There was no drain plug, so showering was the only option. Tap water tasted good. The provided wifi worked great for phone and xbox use. The air conditioner functioned perfectly and didn't smell. There was plenty of lighting throughout the room, as well as several outlets. Also provided was a mini fridge and microwave. The worst part of this experience was the parking underneath the rooms, extremely tight and both entrances are very steep, lower down cars like muscle or sport styles cars be careful. I got my 2014 Mustang to fit, going in on the 5th Street entrance, that seems like the best way to get in. Wider cars will have serious problems parking in here. Also, the downtown noises are to be expected, bus rumbling through the night, and some people talking outside on the street. Anyway, for what we paid, we had a great stay and will probably be coming back."

"First of all if the Hotel was not run down it would have great potential. Right next to the bus and trams . Close to OHSU.although I will never stay here again ! Upon arrival one of the entrances out of two were closed . half of the parking lot was used as a huge trash due to leaky roofs . Parking was impossible especially with thick pillars making it insane to maneuver in . And facing opposite of the only entrance.The only area I saw that was actually clean was the check in area everything after that was just a horror ! Every room is on a second story so if you are ADA steer away !! Way too many stairs with dilapidated floors full of dirt . Even though the hotel says it’s a No Smoking hotel it reeks of wet dog and cigarettes. Trust me when I say it follows you to the Rooms as well . The Room was musty and no amount of febreeze or microban could make the stank go away. Although it did have an A/C and heater it felt musty .The rooms were very dark and dingy with nasty mystery marks on the walls . Not to mention the random stains everywhere. The bathroom was outdated with mold at the bottoms of the bathrooms that I did not notice till it was our last day. Both toilet and sink were severely stained or burned and in all honesty it did not look like it was not cleaned . I brought my own cleaning supplies just to have peace of mind. Luckily I also brought my own towels I wouldn’t touch their towels they had yellow stains all over. The Worst stay Hands down! It was sadly the cheapest option available .Next time I will definitely pay the extra money for peace of mind and cleanliness.the fact that it was close to OHSU hospital was the only plus since our son is inpatient with Leukemia. It was a 7-10 min trip up to the hospital."
