"I would probably say 3 stars. One of the only places in 20 miles that had a room available. I do not think the room was that clean. The bathroom was, but the floor was dirty. The staff was very nice. And the prices were fare, the beds were small as well. But I will take what I can get and was happy to sleep anywhere."

"Nice, quiet and clean. The family that owns and operates the motel are really nice. The only issue I had were many of the outlets were worn out. So you could not plug in equipment without the plug falling out of the outlet."

"Forgot my clear braces in my room and didn't realize I didn't have them until I was 500 miles away. Dentist would of charged me 800 dollars to replace. The owner saved them and then sent them to me at no charge."

"IN a state that usually has unreasonably high rates and commonly an unfriendly attitude; sleepy hollow is a jewel ; Rosie the owner is a sweetheart we hope the best for her future health and that the tradition of reasonable rates and friendly casual service will always be there . Two good restaurants and one bar within walking distance! At a distance of about 12 miles to Astoria Oregon right across the Columbia river bridge ; it's a clear alterative to expensive lodging in Astoria"
