Ward Pavilion is a versatile event space located at 4830 Central Avenue in Toledo, Ohio. With a main room measuring 27-1/2 feet x 72 feet and a ceiling height of 10-1/2 feet, the facility is perfect for a variety of events. The Pavilion offers a range of amenities, including tables, chairs, paper and plastic products, and AV equipment such as a Blue Ray DVD player and projector. The kitchen facilities include refrigerators, freezers, a microwave, warming ovens, and sinks.
Guests can enjoy the gas fireplace and large capacity natural gas grill, as well as the option to tent the patio for additional outdoor space. Alcohol is permitted inside the facility, and smoking is prohibited indoors and within 25 feet of the entrance. The Pavilion is heated and air conditioned for comfort year-round.
Parking is available in front of the building, but is not guaranteed for any event. Rental prices vary based on the day and time of the event, with Monday-Thursday rates starting at $500 and Friday-Sunday rates starting at $700. "I held my wedding at Ward Pavilion and all I can say is how great the area worked for our purposes! The outside patio was great because we were able to tent it, but inside offered enough space to serve dinner and then break half of the room down into a dance floor! Would definitely recommend this location for your medium sized events"
