"Interesting old home venue for special events. Upper floors have areas in serious need of repair, but I suspect most events will be first floor exclusively or in areas that are kept up. Dates from circa 1900 or a little before from what we were told. Photo is of ancient electrical panel. We were told by someone probably in her 70s that it was reminiscent of her grandmother's home."
