"This person is not professional. She talks about other people children and how bad they behave right in front of the child. I was approved for her to watch both my children and she refused to watch my 9 year old because I didn't bring him and she lost money is what she said. Why would I bring my son unless I needed child care. She wanted to know when I was coming and going to pick up my child, I couldn't answer that for her because I'm in school and hours vary. When I switched provider's she put my son's things outside. Terrible."

"My son was at this day care for almost a year and the owner is not professional, she has terrible customer service skills, all she did was complain about him. He has ADHD, this is something that I included in the application and she's not understanding at all. She stopped feeding him because he flushed carrot sticks down the toilet and because he's a picky eater. I understand her frustration however he still should have been given the option to eat. She told him he was not allowed to throw the food away. My son was kicked out of the day care without notice because he said shut up, this is not acceptable behavior, however this does not warrant being kicked out and not given any time to even find new care. The only thing I can say is good about this business is that it is 24 hour care. I am a single mother so the conditions under which my son had to leave were very stressful and caused hardship on my family."
