"We booked a room at this hotel, we’ve stayed at this hotel several time but this last time, is our last time. We woke at 7 am with the intention of showering and hitting the road early, shower is broken and water is dribbling out; at check out at 8 am, my husband says something to the front desk…they state they need to speak to management and cannot offer any discounts for the inability to shower….the managers response in writing at 16:15 is that they would not provide any additional discounts since they were not given a chance or time for them to remedy a fix….terrible service….disrespectful treatment for repeat customers….will not recommend this hotel to anyone…..will not stay here anymore …."
"I've stayed at this hotel on several different occasions. Up until my most recent stay here, I didn't really think twice about leaving a bad review because I figured if I'm to trying to get the cheapest hotel in Marysville then i shouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be the cheapest hotel in Marysville! Haha But tonight was different. The lady at the front desk was so rude, she kept raising her voice and speaking over me whenever I would try to ask for clarification about something. And I know it wasn't just an isolated beef with me because afterwards a guest walked up to the counter and asked a question about the TV and before they could finish asking their question, she cut them off and started saying (way louder than was appropriate BTW): "SO I DON'T KNOW WHY IT'S NOT THERE. WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT. I WILL MAKE SURE TO ADD IT TO MY REPORT..--ILL MAKE SURE ----I'LL MAKE SURE TO PUT THAT IN MY REPORT!" It was hard to watch because the guest was holding a small child, presumably her grandson who just wanted to watch cartoons before bed. And this hotel employee was practically yelling at her. :: then I got to my room :: There's blood splatter on the ceiling, there's dots of blood on the lamp shade, the telephone, the curtains and the little rod you grab to close them. There's specks of blood on so much stuff in this room it's disgusting. Chair has burn marks in the seat. The bed comforter has a hole burned in it the size of a fist. The lock-latch on the door is all wobbly and doesn't line up unless you lean really hard into the door and finagle it just right. But honestly all that would be fine considering it's the cheapest hotel in Marysville....but this hotel REQUIRES that you pay an ADDITIONAL $100 on a card or $200 cash as a deposit, ON TOP OF THE COST FOR THE HOTEL!! You can't check in without it. So what's the excuse for such terrible room conditions This place is absurd. You'll be better off just spending the extra couple dollars for a room at the Holiday Inn Express up the street, you're going to be charged way more staying here anyways."
"Would not recommend, charged me more than the posted rate. Did not provide the room booked . Breakfast was awful . Wouldn’t have wrote this review if they had honoured the discount they said they would apply . Stay anywhere else"
"Quality Inn Tulalip - Marysville left us thoroughly disappointed with its subpar accommodations and unsettling environment. Situated in what seems to be a drug-affected area of Marysville, our stay was marred by a series of concerning issues. The presence of scattered needles around the premises immediately raised safety concerns. The overall cleanliness was far from satisfactory, with visible mold and outdated facilities, which left us feeling uncomfortable during our time there. The outdated decor and furnishings only added to the general sense of neglect. Despite these numerous issues, one redeeming aspect was the friendly lady at the front desk. Her helpfulness and positive attitude provided a glimmer of light amidst an otherwise disappointing stay. Unfortunately, the negative aspects of this hotel far outweighed any positives. The unsettling environment, combined with cleanliness and safety concerns, left us regretting our choice of accommodation. It's clear that Quality Inn Tulalip - Marysville has a long way to go in terms of providing a comfortable and secure stay for its guests. We cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and worry-free experience."
