We have invested in and renovated historic buildings to bring them back to life, contributing to the diversity and excitement of downtown Asheville.

While our focus has shifted over time, we remain committed to downtown and the city of Asheville. Our primary focus now is on live music and workforce housing issues. In 2003, we opened the Orange Peel, a renowned live music club that has become a staple in the Asheville music scene. We also host outdoor concerts through Orange Peel Events and have recently partnered with a local business to create Rabbit Rabbit, an outdoor event and gathering space in downtown Asheville.
