"Enjoying an afternoon ride on the Gray Line Trolley Tours of Asheville My wife and I had a great time and enjoying seeing things around town. Walter is very knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. I'd definitely recommend taking a tour. Be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations"
"We were short on time but wanted to make our rounds around town. The trolley tours did just that for us! The drivers are amazing at story telling, (we tried 3 different ones). The best part is they come around every 30 minutes so you can get off any and back on any where. Super friendly folks. A must if you want to explore the whole city and get a nice historic background."
"I absolutely recommend the trolley tour. I was visiting Asheville from NJ for a few days, and on the last day I decided to take the trolley. I wish I had done it on the first day. You can get off at any stop and it'll pick you back up in a half hour, so I spent some time at the art museum. The trolley guides I had were John and Walt and they were both great."
"The ghost tour of Asheville was great! Scary Carey and Honey were great hosts and very knowledgeable. They made it fun! We are from Utah, so I just loved hearing their voices and accents. If you're thinking about taking the tour, do it!!"
"Our first time visiting Ashville, NC, we saw a trolley and decided to get tickets. We had an option to buy a ticket with fir hop-on/hop-off, or you can buy a ticket and stay the full tour, which is about 1 hr 30 minutes. We took the one you can get off at the different stops. It saves you on paying for parking. I really enjoyed Matt, our tour driver he was super cool and so knowledgeable. In one of the stops we got off and later back on and the one guy was wearing a mask and we could not understand some of the stop he was saying, it was not just us the others were looking around giving the look of "What is he saying?" Luckily, we got off again and were able to get on with Matt. I loved the history the town has with the beautiful Victorian bed and breakfast, the famous gulf course at The Omni Grove Park Inn, The Ashville's original Mall the Grove Arcade, so beautiful inside, lots of shops. We toured around the Biltmore Village, the Thomas Wolfe District, the awesome River Arts District. There were so many places to eat, I loved the French Broad Chocolate, it was amazing. I can't wait to go back and hop on the trolley again."
