"This lady named Carry working at the front is a terribly rude person. I asked to use the bathroom and she goes “um it’s for our customers!!!” In the rudest tone. Just assuming I wasn’t a customer I guess lol. I then come to pick up an order and she’s insanely rude again. She’s also rude to all of the other customers. She is the reason I would never come back here"

"Literally the worst customer service while pulling up to drive-through I had placed my order. They said they didn’t have some thing, so I said OK just give me one minute to figure it out. I asked the person next to me what they would like instead and the lady taking my order said I can go ahead and help you hello? And I responded with the order change that I wanted and then she proceeds to tell me her lobby is open you can just come in mind you the change was a vanilla Frosty instead of a chocolate, and as I am pulling forward, there is a car in front of me, so I’m still in front of the speaker a little bit and she proceeds to say I said you can pull forward to the next window so I informed her there was nowhere for me to go I get up to the window my bag of food shoved out at me Window slam shut so I proceeded to sit there and wait for her to come back because she had forgotten my spoon and my fry as well as I wanted sauce. She comes back to the window and rudely says can I help you with something and I tell her what I need , nicely again she shoves it out the window no manners or respect in this place. It is very unfortunate to see it go downhill considering the manager is very sweet, very kind and caring. Will fix any problems with your order. No questions asked but her staff has no respect even as simple as a you’re welcome or a have a nice day. They can’t seem to say those words very unfortunate. Needless to say, I will not be back."

"Your food is absolutely gross and cold and not worth the money and their attitudes are horrible. The manager there is amazing if you go in the morning time everybody else they need an attitude adjustment and they need to learn what Customer Service if you don’t have good customer service then maybe they should get a different job"

"For the last three days I've came to this Wendy's at 10:26 for a bowl of chili they have refused to sell me the bowl of chili until 10:30. I will not be stopping at this location any more"

"Was there at noon. Doors were locked. Had to go through the drive-through. I ordered a chicken Ghost sandwich. It was cold and tasted like rubber. The edges were so tough I wasn't able to eat that part. We ordered combos. They gave us only the sandwiches. Thank goodness we checked our bag before we drove away from the window. Had to ask for the fries and drinks. We asked what happened??? They said there's only 3 people working. Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant, but no longer."
