"i dont like lifestance ,, your phone system sucks ,, i have been with western phylogical over 20 years ,, , i gave lifestance my health insurance jan 2nd ,,which is coverd ,, i just got a bill for 335 dollars , been on the phone tying to talk to someone i left 2 messages to call me back,, , i have been ion the phone almost 3 hours ,, your company is way too big , iam currently looking for a differnt counsiling office ,, would not recommend life stance to no one . why is lifestance only doing virtual appointments"

"From my initial call looking for help to my first virtual visit with my provider was only a few weeks. Scheduling was quick and pleasant, the wait time for my first visit was surprisingly short considering the horror stories I’ve heard about the year + wait and the month wait on the referral I received from my doctor that I’m still on the wait list for. After I think 5 meetings now I can honestly say I am in good hands and getting the help I need! She also referred me to one of their medication specialists and that scheduling process and wait time was of equal experience. Have already recommended Lifestance to a few close friends."
