"There were a few issues with an online order that shipped from this store, and though that was frustrating, I was blown away by the customer service provided by Sarah. She had such a great and helpful attitude! She is a true asset and I thank her for her help."

"Usually we find everything we need and people are friendly enough. I returned a small plumbing part at customer service and the employee, Sal was really rude. I understand it's busy, but have some common manners and try to be friendly to customers. I was in a good mood and didn't need an employee to treat me like that."

"This location gets 5 stars! If I was reviewing Home Depot outside of this location I would give them 1 star but this location has been amazing. The people who work here are actually helpful and so nice. My delivery of a refrigerator turned into a nightmare but the people in person at the store did absolutely everything they could to help me and try to make it an enjoyable experience."

"I am quite annoyed. We just moved into the area and this is our first time doing the kid's free craft, a great program that we live to do as a family, we always register online as soon as it is available. We always show up early to make sure that we can get in and out before it gets crazy. We walked in and did not spot the usual massive line, so we asked an employee near the door. He seemed utterly confused when asked and sent us to the wood aisle. When we did find the area with the project we were told that it didn't matter if we registered online, because they only get a limited amount of kits it is a free for all and first come first serve despite us registering. They should do it like the other stores do and make people register and set aside those kits. It is not okay that we went ahead and registered and are still at risk of not getting ours. Not returning to this Home Depot for this event again. I will gladly go and support another one that sticks to their commitment to providing kits for those who took the time to register early on. Really disappointing."

"Always a wonderful time at home depot and always encounters with some weirdish people. Staff was super friendly and helped us cut wire and find lighting fixtures. We walked past a drone for sale for 35$, and of course we did a double take then we bought it. Hope it turns out well but thanks for our first drone home depot."
