"Machines don’t work and no one around to help. Prize machine stole 5000 of my credits without dispensing what I selected. Trash place and smells. Never again. What a waste of money for useless “tickets”."

Have played here for years and in the last 3 months the game there will not accept quarters only dollars and I do not always want to play 4 games. "Decent arcade but not great. Many machines not working properly. No air conditioning so room gets hot. For Tacoma, Dorky's arcade is better."

"Despite the history associated with the building, the atmosphere reminds me of my home state of California (certain parts that is). Great place to find cheap streetwear, custom stickers/shirts, sportswear, mexican/latin food and goods, etc."

"I grew up in Tacoma and B&I held a soft spot in my obsidian heart. I recall in my youth when I spend hours watching and playing tic-tac-toe with the chicken next to Ivan the gorilla. Good times - good times. Now B&I look like some rundown ghetto shanty town. It smells as bad as it looks and everything feels sticky. I think I used a full bottle of hand sanitizer during my last visit. I would give this place a 1 star but something in the back of my mind made me give it 2 stars. Anyways, if you are about to travel to a third world country or disaster site and want to acclimate yourself, come and spend some time in B&I."
