"It is Dec 20 and at 11 am, we were having coffee at this Starbucks. Having been in 100's of Starbucks over last 25+ years, the customer service from your lead young lady was exceptionly. I do not think I have left a review ever. Especially now as you have grown and lost original coffee flavor, in exchange for flavored coffee and drinks. First of all this young woman was approachable in her energy and then genuinely, cheerfully responded to my request to turn down music, if possible... Older we are and seated close to speaker. As we were seated later, she greeted us with a holiday wish as she left, perhaps end of her shift. You company is fortunate to have this young woman, extending genuine, positive energy and leadership."

"I never have problems and I go to Starbucks everyday but today at 9am I stop by to get my pumpkin spice latte and my toddler and breakfast sandwich. I was at the drive through and when it was my turn to drive I ask the person at the window if I can please load my card with my debit card. And not going to lie I have never had some so rude just roll her eyes and get so bothered. I can normally load from my app but for some reason with my debit card it won’t let me and I didn’t want to use my credit card. Anyways not my point but she really made me feel that every being there bothered her and makes me never want to return to that Starbucks! And only cause I wanted to load my app"

"Nice expierence, came here with my boyfriend and we had the popular chocolate cookie crumble Frappuccino and the grilled cheese. If you haven't tried the grilled cheese at Starbucks, it is very tasty, it served warm, buttery and has the right amount of cheese. Overall great service."

"I’m going to say one word: Consistency! Every time I have visited this Starbucks, I have left with a smile and a pep in my step. My “go to” Starbucks is in University Place because I reside there and the service is above and beyond. But, whenever they do not have my favorite beverage or drink, the 74th Lakewood Starbucks always come through! I have witnessed some very rude and obnoxious customers at their drive through and in the store. But the staff’s behavior, attitude, and professionalism has been unspeakably impressive! I always make sure I tip at an amount that will not short change the entire shift because they absolutely deserve it. Currently, my University Place Starbucks is undergoing renovations until early August. But rest assured, I will continue to visit this store until then, and afterwards. Great job, and THANK YOU, for your dedication to quality service!"
