"I would like to say this was a good stay for me and my family but it definitely was not good by far I stay for 2 night and they charge my card correct the first time after my 2 night were up I payed for another night my rate they gave me was 93 dollers and some change but when I go to look at my bank account on my app it say s they charged me 150 dollers and another 200 for it on top , so guess who going to there bank to dispute this now definitely would not recommend any one to stay here the staff is very unprofessional and don't know what the hell it is there doing"
"Nice bed. Interesting front desk. And no breakfast. I picked this place because best western has good breakfast. Also homeless people everywhere. They like to steal in Portland so you have to be careful. Will not be staying again."
"This hotel used to be nice, but it has went down hill and I think they replaced some of the good front desk folks with some of the homeless residents from the neighborhood. Even the breakfast went way downhill. Coffee was like drinking water with a hint of coffee. Not recommended. Oh, don't leave anything in your vehicle cause the next morning you may not have it any longer, and the hotel will not do anything about it"
"Laura-making reservation Awesome, Thomas-front desk Spectacular. Anyone else was rude and less than helpful or courteous. Front parking spots appeared to be saved for staff by using cones. Would have been nice having directions upon exiting the 2nd floor elevator. They gave us the feeling they were counting our towels. Really? We have a great rating with BW and feel we should be treated with a bit of dignity. The rest of the staff need to be trained on customer satisfaction (except previous mentioned) or just plain get out of the business."
"This hotel is very accessible when you're traveling - near the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Need to add some ornaments or a touch of something fresh in the lobby. The rooms are okay and the swimming pool is clean!"
