"Friendly and professional staff, and a classy environment. I am a Portland local and had never stayed here, wanted to try it out! Working in hotels myself, the team is clearly well organized and held to a certain standard. Great amenities and on site dining options. Loved the pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna! Nothing to complain about! Great stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Parking is usually a stress downtown but they have a friendly valet team! If you aren’t willing to pay the downtown price there is a private parking garage directly across the street not affiliated with the hotel."

"The morning staff, the bar staff, and the cafe staff were all lovely, but there was one rude employee who kind of soured our stay a bit. Me and two of my party were looking around to see what common areas the hotel had (some were advertised that we were never able to find), when a long-haired larger man wearing headphones stopped us and asked “Are you looking for something or..?”. We told him we were checking out what common areas the hotel had and he said the floor was mostly meeting rooms. When we asked if we could reserve one he told us to go talk to someone at the front desk. His attitude was quite rude for no discernible reason. This especially bothered me because there actually was some ruckus in the hotel during our stay. I work with children and am more tolerant of them than most people. However, it seemed at times the hotel was inundated with children. The pool I totally understand, kids love pools. But my party couldn’t even utilize the hot tub because it was filled past capacity with kids, many looked to be under 10yrs old. There were even multiple kids in the gym area while I was working out. I love kids and want them allowed in every area with their families, but there should also be at least a couple hours per day that are adults only."

"I have stayed at this location twice. Check in, luggage service is a breeze. My rooms were ready and correct to my reservation. Staff was an absolute delight. I have not experienced a problem, but their is a palpable sense of professionalism that I have no doubt anything I could experience would be handled with ease. The rooms are perfect. Elegant, spotless understated styling/functional that, for me, is the perfect combination with little lost in the balance. The location is not idealic but it would not even enter my consciousness when thinking about staying again, which I will be thrilled to do."

"This hotel is very beautiful overall. Very nice rooms, restaurant, and lobby. The valet staff was also very helpful and made my arrival stress-free. We had several larger bags, and we were helped by Zen, who was extremely kind and attentive. He helped us load our bags on the cart, which we really appreciated! I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I'm in Portland."

"Lovely hotel with a great staff. Jason greeted us right away, we were 2 hours early for our reservation and since our room wasn’t ready he instead of turning us away upgraded us to a better room! So so sweet can’t thank him enough. Lots of good amenities including a beautiful rooftop bar and lounge. Again, great place and great staff! We will be back"
