"Pros: I was very pleased by how clean my room was! No weird smells, no stains, no dirt, no hair in the shower. Everything looked pristine, hats off to the cleaning staff, they're doing an amazing job. Room came with all the essentials I needed. Comfortable bed, ac/heat that worked well, fridge, nice hot water. I didn't hear my neighbors except at 2am (was still awake) there was a woman out on the balcony singing, wasn't bad, kind of liked it. Location was walking distance to coffee shops, bars, FREE PARKING and plenty of it. Super friendly staff. Cons: Hmmm. The fitness room where the microwave is, the front door didn't lock, anyone could go into that room. Honestly there weren't many cons."

"I have stayed at many hotels that offer 1 bedroom suites through the years in 4 different states in the U.S. However I am rarely impressed; in fact, a majority of the time I have found my accommodations pretty nice with an okay staff. I currently have a 1 bedroom suite at Park Lane Suites and I am impressed! When I checked in, the suite was spotless. The suite also offers a menu type directory for where all amenities can be found in the suite; as well as in the office by requesting your needs to a staff person, and there are plenty of extra perks including a lovely garden to enjoy while sitting on the lawn furniture. The staff here are just beyond awesome and have gone out of their way to make sure that I have what I need and that I am comfortable. Park Lane Suites is dog friendly yet you can't tell if a dog has been in your suite because there is no pet odor or stains caused by a dog. I could not fit into the elevator with my scooter to get to the guest laundry facility, so the front desk person offered that it could be arranged for me to use the house keeping appliances located in a space that I could get to. I could go on and on, the staff at Park Lane Suites definitely prioritize their guests and make every effort to make their guests have a flawless experience. The rates are very reasonable and the cleanliness of the suites and the dedicated staff makes the price a steal."

"The rooms were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. It is a friendly place to stay and the service is excellent. In our case, we had to delay our reservation due to flight delays AND we had to extend our stay by two days because of an unfortunate injury. The staff were both accommodating and sympathetic. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland."

"I was honestly quite pleasantly surprised by this place. Front desk staff was lovely. Room was spacious, immaculately clean with no weird odors. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Great water pressure and long-running hot water. Really, at the price I paid for a suite, what else can you ask for? Even though the decor is a bit dated looking, everything is so fresh and clean, it just adds to the charm. Oh, and free parking! In Portland. Will absolutely stay here every time I stay in Portland."

"Miss Cheryl is such a treat. They are welcoming and upgraded us with no problems. They have fresh cookies with tea and coffee in the lobby. I found that it was well located, and we were able to walk downtown to the major shopping areas within 10 minutes. The rooms are very neat, tidy, and clean. We slept great! We will be back next time we are in Portland."
