Reviews
"Ignore previous review complaints. There is a new host and the park is clean and quiet. Hot showers, clean toilet. Full hook ups. Horse shoe pits have shoes. Alpacas across the street. Great for dogs. There is a bark company nearby and if you have a sensitive nose, you can sometimes smell the bark piles. But that's really a small issue."
"The park is a great location and easy to find with lots of signs marking the way from Highway 30. The reservation group doesn’t send any instructions about check in so you have to just find the number on your receipt and park. It’s small so pretty easy. The bathrooms are not clean. The park was quiet at night but gravel trucks started clanking down road, raising all kinds of noise around 5:30am. Might as well have parked next to a freeway because it’s the same: # of cars, speeds, and noise. One good thing is there are lots of trees on the west side of the park. It was almost 100 degrees when we pulled in and the big trees made great shade."
"If I could truly give this place a GIANT Minus Zero I would.. The women's bathroom/shower is ridiculous. . I was trying to take a shower and the water literally turns off every 15 seconds or so and you have to push the button over and over again again ...So it was a nightmare. Then to top it off every couple minutes the lights in the bathroom/ shower room kept shutting off as well. So there I was in this big pitch black concrete cold bathroom with soap running in my eyes desperately trying to figure out why the lights shut off and so I wrapped up took a step out of the stall and the lights came back on so I go to rinse off and the shower keeps turning off and before I could fully rinse off the bathroom lights shut off again! I will never come back to this place with my RV or in any fashion EVER again!! Save a trip and your money go somewhere else that at least the lights don't shut off every few minutes and water shutting off literally every 15 seconds."
"Thing place, only 7 sites for RVs or trailers. Large trees, a nice amount of room. We put up our did yard connected to the trailer door with no issues or complaints. The airport is right there but none seemed to be flying at night or in the fog/haze of mornings. Tiny planes and I'm guessing most pilots don't have instrument ratings so are grounded. The only complaint I have is it is like a City park. Cats coming and going that weren't camping there. Homeless people using restroom. We were totally self contained so it didn't matter but the tent campers had to deal with the random unpaid people coming and going."
"The women’s restroom was dirty with dried feces on the toilet seats, toilet paper everywhere and the whole thing needed a deep cleaning if it a power wash. The camp ground had nice trees and friendly fellow campers but the grounds needed a serious de-littering. Never saw the campground hosts the entire time we were there. Never will use this campground again nor would I advise anyone else to use it, Disgusting."
