"I had two absolutely wonderful experiences with two employees at this location. Sean, who was on the floor, was eager to answer every question I had, and I had a lot. He walked me around the store and answered every question I had. Even went into the back to double check inventory just so I could simply compare specs on a couple of drills. And the best part, he had a smile the entire time. Abigail, who was in the cash register, was so patient with me. I was having a big problem with my coupons and she calmly and patiently help walked me through it and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I was so thankful. I’m not sure if there is an official feedback form on the Ace website. But I wanted these two to be recognized."
