"Comfortable bed, lots of freeway noise. My biggest complaint is no front desk attendant during checking in and checkout, had to wait. Stayed there because of training for work. Update, stayed again after days off. Different room, mold in shower and on ceiling. Told front desk when getting my deposit back, he just said I will look in to it. If offered room 334 decline it."

"The only good thing about this hotel was that it was right down the street from my son's orthodontist. That is why location got 3 stars. Service and rooms got 1 star due to the lack of them. When you arrive at 3pm to check in and have to wait for almost 45 minutes to check in is ridiculous. In one of the rooms the fridge and tv remote did not work, also there was no hygiene products. We had to go to the office to get them. In the other king bed room had a broken side, so there was a giant hole with no support. I personally didn't sleep at all. I complained to front desk and have yet to receive a response from management."

"This hotel is being renovated. My room had a broken safety latch, the bathtub water would not stop drizzling, and they are doing renovations with out care for the noise! The renovations were NOT DISCLOSED. After a night shift of work the construction noise was too much and when i called the front desk the answer was “well it’s happening- what do you want me to do?” Said in a completely don’t care attitude! Oh and it gets better! The demand a deposit of 100 dollars! And the bill paid in full upfront! So when I demanded a refund… oh we don’t do that! It’s through a third party. 7 to 10 business days also undisclosed at checkin or reservation! I travel for a living! If this site represents the brand! I will never even try this company again! I’d rather sleep in my vehicle! Worst EVER!"

"I the worst experience at this hotel. I got there and felt like the people in the parking lot were sketchy. “Casing cars” I did not feel welcomed when I checked in. Once in the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the flooring was coming up all over. The trim on the walls were coming off. There was plastic covering my smoke alarm. And when we woke up in the morning (we had the heater on) there was water u set the heater and condensation on top. I’ve included pictures"

"Absolutely the worst room I’ve ever had!! Listed as an “accessible “ room, -the carpet smelled like wet dog -there wasn’t any furniture only a bed and 1 nightstand, I had to bring in a camp chair to sit on. -the mattress and box spring was broken on the left side so the whole bed rocked -there wasn’t a door on the bathroom just a ratty sheer curtain -12” of black mold on the outside edge of the shower -the front desk attendant was very rude and cold, I walked in and she said”what do you need” that was it. I will never stay there again and don’t recommend anyone else does either!!"
