"Please AVOID any real estate interactions with Greg Lund! He misrepresented his listing and falsely made up other interested parties to drive the price up on his listing. Greg Lund listed a property as having a Permitted Buoy when in reality it DID not! Greg Lund and the sellers knew that the buoy could never be permitted and lied. In attempt to resolve the issue, with his misrepresented property, he lied (again) and stated that he was working on a resolution when in fact he wasn't. He should not be allow to be a real estate agent and should have his license revoked. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties, and we have never had an interaction like the one with Greg Lund and his sellers. It is truly unfortunately that people like Greg Lund are allowed to sell homes."
