"Black mold everywhere in an obvious flood zone with zero drainage extremely poorly managed goes through a manager year or more allows neighbors to harass each other drug use on premise constantly having police in and out of premise and bathtub and bathroom sink haven't drained properly in more than a year and management and maintenance knows but doesn't do anything"
"BE WARE..... Refuses to pay bill of having donation hubs cleaned out. Gave small discount cause they used me before. They are as of this posting 36 days past due. Was advised check was cut on July 20, 2022 it is now August 10, 2022 no payment. Will be filing in small claims Monday asking for double amount. 08/10/22 update refuses to pay because someone didn't have me fill out forms. Another company by same name at a P.O.Box got paid instead. Now my company is out $400. BE WARE....."
