"Rooms not applicable for an RV resort. Camp host checked us in after office hours. The washrooms, lodge and office were all clean and maintained. The Wi-Fi was a disappointment, not working."
"Nice little park. The location is behind a fulltime RV park and can be a bit confusing to find. There seems to be a bit of construction going on behind the wall and the trucks beeped all day long. Nothing that can be done about it other than wait until the Construction is done. Minimal dumpster space for garbage. It fills up fast. Nice grassy rv spots. Well maintained pet area that is nicely centrally located. Large shade trees. Clean restrooms and showers. Clubhouse is very welcoming and beautiful. Paved roads with easy back in sites."
"Using a free stay that we got for buying an RV. Nice park, but not nice enough to pay the initial membership fee and annual fees. Up to $2500 of the initial fee would be waived, but that was just to entice us to listen to the K M sales pitch. That is the cost of the lowest membership that only gets to use a this park, not the rest of the 8 parks they own, and does not include the membership in another club that has $10/night camping at RV parks across the country. Those features are only for the higher memberships, which are a lot expensive."
"The loud kids across from us had to be told to quit coming right into our camp to fetch their balls they kept throwing over and to stop using our camp and the occupied camp right next to us as a shortcut to the office area, even though there was an unoccupied camp away from us! There was no parental supervision that we could see and a couple of times, adults from across the road even cut through before we said something to the kids. The Rules need to include a "no cutting" clause for those with no common sense or respect. The laundry room was dirty the machines were dirty and a notice on the wall indicated a "laundry room war" going on between the long term guests. Stupid. One plus, the gal at the office was nice."
"This place is so cute. It's nothing crazy fancy or anything, and there is not a lot of privacy. But what it has going for it: - great park hosts and staff. So sweet and helpful. Very nice and friendly. - the guests are very friendly too! - super clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. I mean really clean and very nice. Seriously. - great game room for family fun -amazing event room.. BIG! And nice! They have ice cream socials, games, the works. -community fire pit with loads of free firewood to burn. - dog run/enclosed fenced in area for dogs to let off steam. I really enjoyed the place. It's actually quite delightful."
