"Long time tenant and have been told on multiple occasions from local dumpster divers that they have permission from the manager to dive as they please. Including just tonight even after the tenants received notice that trash service would be disconnected if garbage wasnt bagged.."

"Parking sucks but I just visit here so I'll figure it out. Don't park in the large empty space where nothing ever happens and there's little or no possibility of being in the way of anything ever, between the Shell station and the far end of the Elma Arms parking lot, because it's not the property of Elma Arms so therefore visitors of the residents of Elm Arms are unwelcome. That's all I know. There is a cat that hangs out in the tightly packed parking lot that I'm told is very afraid of vehicles, although it belongs to one of the lower apartments (hmmmmm) and u must drive extra cautiously because....hmmmm...either it might be spooked or it might be too close to your car n get run over. Just follow the rules. :)"

"the parking is inconvenient, the appearance is less then appealing, same can be said for the management (from what I've frequently been told.). on a more positive note, it is conveniently placed within seconds of down town and the grocery store and the highway on ramps which could also be considered a not so positive note do to the nose."
