"Hotel exterior looks nice, but rooms are old and dated. Broken lamps, and huge draft under the doors so room froze all night. Bedding was light as well, so we were quite cold and couldnt work the heater which was also loud. They advertised breakfast included, but shared that had stopped months prior. We were suggested to sneak next door to the Quality Inn for their breakfast as the 2 hotels back on to each other. For the price, not worth it when you can stay next door for same price. Couldn't check in either or out or cable as internet was down for over 24 hours, but did find out it was area, not this particular hotel."

"Overall, it was a good room for the price comparatively speaking. We found the staff very pleasant and accommodating, but unfortunately, though the pictures on the website indicate the presence of a breakfast to be available, be aware they no longer offer ANY breakfast. Sorry folks, but the misleading of any sort of breakfast was disappointing."

"It's a very quaint hotel. It's very clean and well put together and the rooms are a nice size. There's a view no matter what. Mountain or ocean depending on the room. The continental breakfast is awesome!! The staff is friendly and helpful. It's in a great location not too far from the ferry and right next to the downtown area. Safeway is just down the street which is awesome as well!!"

"You can tell the hotel is older but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view is fantastic and it was nice just sitting there watching the ferry come in and unload. There is no AC and in a hotel at this price point I would have expected it. That being said, it was not an overly hot day and the room cooled off fairly quickly with the door and window open. There is a flight of stairs next to the hotel that takes you down to some nice restaurants and places to get a drink. All in all, I would stay here again."

"It is an older hotel, but that is part of the charm. Our room with a harbor view on the third floor was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was very friendly. The elevator was a bonus, not having to drag luggage up the stairs."
