Quality Inn Port Angeles - near Olympic National Park 101 East 2nd Street, Port Angeles, WA 98362

"The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was actually pretty decent. The breakfast had hot food like scrambled eggs and sausage country gravy. The location is great too. That said, the facilities are a bit old. The sound in the TV in the room didn’t work. The vending machines also do not give change (and there was no signs) - I put a $5 in and then got something and the rest of the money wasn’t returned. The hotel didn’t own the vending machines so to get the money back - they asked me to call the service number. It felt like more trouble than it’s worth, but maybe a sign should be on there to warn others. Otherwise, the stay was great"

"Quick, helpful service. Clean and quiet room. Comfy bed, hot water, soft sheets. We paid for a basic queen room, but I think they upgraded us to king ocean view. Great value for a stop on the way to Olympic NP. Would gladly stay again. For those who worry about traveling as a POC outside of Seattle, we felt safe and cared for."

"Excellent staff -very attentive, helpful and spot on. Location is central-we had to stay a night after we got off the ferry enroute to SeaTac. Well priced - breakfast is well stocked and very attentive to refilling . Clean rooms -while dated -they are maintained well. recommend staying ."

"Nice hotel choice overlooking the waterfront. We had taken the late ferry from Victoria and had about a 6 hour drive to home, so we wanted to relax a bit before heading home. Good choice..no complaints"

"Stayed in the new update modern section across the street because it had two beds. Had asked for a dog friendly first floor room when reserving- apparently what I reserved over the phone (dog friendly, first floor, two beds) actually doesn’t exist. My elderly dog with mobility issues had to climb a slippery wooden staircase to our room. That was fun. The room itself was nice and clean. Free laundry! Except the washing machines didn’t work and it took HOURS to get the clothes dry (who knows if they were clean). Breakfast was good but the dining room is tiny and whoever came up with the layout has never actually sat there during breakfast- it’s a hot mess. The guy at check in was very friendly and as helpful as he could be. Price too steep considering I didn’t get what I reserved. AND extra fees for the dog. Why is this necessary? It’s not, it’s price gouging for pet owners."
