"Very nice campsite with friendly hosts. I strolled in and got a site right away. It’s very chill and quaint with only a few sites."
"Incredible foliage and old growth. Right next to the river, crystal clear water, nice folks around, great privacy. Don’t expect to be able to stake your tents, there’s only dirt."
"Great little campground! Close enough to Darrington to replenish provision too. The spots are a bit close together, we stayed in 6 and enjoyed it, so if you have dogs or kids you can expect to see the occasional rascal visit your spot. The distance from the highway is close, but not noisy as it isn't that busy."
"Spent last Sunday July 3rd night here at site 13. Quiet, lots of shade, no river view but an easy walk to the water. No road traffic at night. Good access to local trails. Will definitely stay here again."
"Cozy little place, with a great host. Sites are clean and varied, if small. Lots of dumpsters, could probably use one at the end though. There are few trails down to the river, most are steep and a bit overgrown. Outside of the ones at the turnaround, I found the easiest access in the turnout across from the second toilet. The sandy little ravine was dry and it made for easy crossing out towards the water. Site 13 is the most isolated, but 12 has the best view."
