"The ENT doctor took his time to listen to me when I told him that my throat felt dry and uncomfortable. He answered my questions and told me that he is a specialist and that I should trust him because he knows what he is talking about. He reassured me that everything was okay. The staff members at the officer were kind and also answered all my questions."

"Arrived early for a hearing test and still waiting 15 minutes after appointment time"

"I wanted to see Midge Price for an ear problem. I saw her 3 years ago and I loved her attention and care. I was told I needed a referral so I got one and it was sent on 2/11. Called them today and still not processed after 11 days and they said it may take two weeks more. That is unacceptable. If you have a serious problem you can't wait. I was also on hold for 14 minutes to talk to someone. They just referred me back to my primary care doctor. Just the worst Customer Service ever"

"CHI Franciscan ENT has a horrible office staff. I tried to schedule an appointment for a hearing test, but they said they needed a referral first. So I got the referral and waited about a week before calling them, thinking maybe someone would call me. When I did call them they said that they received the referral but the scheduler hadn't processed it yet and to call back in a few days if I haven't heard from them. So, I waited another week and called back and they told me that they never received the referral. After explaining to then that I did call in and confirmed they received the referral the gentleman on the phone said the scheduler had a mountain of referrals to go through and they were pretty sure they didn't have mine. So, either they lied the first time I called about receiving the referral or they lost it, or... the person doing the processing was too damn lazy to look to see if I was in their pile of unprocessed referrals."

"If I could give half of a star I would. I had an appointment scheduled and they called and left a message an hour before the appointment to cancel because the doctor was "unexpectedly unable to come in to the clinic". Called back to reschedule. After being on hold for 10 minites someone answered to take my name and date of birth, then put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Told me that the next available date for an appointment would be over 8 weeks out. I would have to wait over 8 weeks for an appointment due to their issue with no other alternative. Unprofessional and very unhelpful staff for a medical facility. Didn't schedule the appointment when I know there are plenty of other places that can schedule earlier than over 8 weeks out."
