"5 years ago I wrote a 1-star review because we were working with a pediatrician who was very difficult... we switched to another COPA pediatrician and realized it had nothing to do with the clinic at all, but the doctor you work with matters the most. Our new pediatrician, Dr. Rust, is amazing, cares deeply for our boys, is welcoming, personable, kind, and funny. She is worth 6 stars, at least and I recommend her 100 times over. Original review below: Don't bother asking for your medical professionals to complete forms for you. They won't give you the time of day, call you back, or communicate in any way with you...no matter how many times you call. You're better off kicking yourself in the head for all their help is worth. Especially Dr. Brenda Hedges. She had previously been extremely helpful during routine checkups, but can't be bothered to return a phone call after pleading a multitude of times. The only valuable asset they have is their nurse line. I would highly recommend researching alternative options. Don't waste your time with COPA."

"Dr. Rogers is fantastic!! We just went through our second Frenotomy with her as the doctor (one for our daughter and now also her younger brother.) And we’ve had excellent experiences both times- especially when we were inexperienced/anguished parents who weren’t sure if it was the right thing to do. We would 100% trust her for any of our children’s needs and we think that COPA has been a great experience overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other parents."

"COPA has been serving as my children's medical providers for almost a decade. Dr. Gutmann has been wonderful in every way, and the nurses have always been kind, patient and caring. The wait times are reasonable, the office space is clean and pleasant, billing and communication are professional. I am grateful to have such a reliable provider for my kids."

"We love Dr. Mary Rogers. She always makes time to spend with her patients and never rushes apts. This is so important when you are in with your children especially little babies. Her nurses are always so sweet especially the lead nurse there, I wish I could remember her name she is younger but so good at what she does. Front desk ladies are always so fast to say hello and make sure they have all the correct information for your visit. We love COPA as a whole but I will just say again, we LOVE Dr. Rogers. She loves kids and has such a passion for what she does. My one meh comment is that Dr. Rogers is very popular and impossible to see without an apt three months in advance."
