"Overall a great stay just a few minor issues. When asked about an accommodation the call and text were both left unanswered. So I’m not sure if they have the round clock service they advertise. When entering it was a cute room! It was overall nice, no television and the WiFi wasn’t super great. The room got extremely hot during the night even with the windows open and it’s February. The cafe was enjoyable. The service was great and the food was pretty tasty!"

"Wheelchair users, please be advised that this is NOT an ADA accessible hotel! There is no elevator. There are no ramps. I don't know why they advertise as ADA compliant/accessible. They are not. The hotel itself is lovely. Great rooms. If you're not wheelchair reliant or have mobility issues."

"Very, very personable, pleasant and helpful staff! Be warned there are no televisions or alarm clocks, there is WiFi if you want it. Nice and close to the ferry and we really enjoyed the food in the Cafe. Also pet friendly, our dogs were very welcome and Lily, the resident cat was very sweet."

"We stayed for two nights -- it kind of felt like the hotel part was an after thought to the cafe/restaurant. Room was cute and clean although the bathroom is hopefully on their renovation to-do list. Loved the lemon water but the two tiny pieces of biscuit (probably half the size of a cheezit) seemed stingy. No complimentary coffee or tea and prices at the cafe were higher compared to some other island establishments we frequented. It's a mostly contactless check-in and we never received any follow-up notifications after we checked in/out so it sort of felt like we were Schrodinger's Tourist. View from their porch is amazing. And the two employees we interacted with were very nice."

"This place is a gem! I love the ease of communication with hotel staff through text message. They created such an amazing atmosphere - even when we checked in late, they made sure lamps were on and left the radio playing. The room had fresh lemon water and a couple biscuits to welcome us. The common room with games and cookbooks just added to the atmosphere. So much more affordable than Airbnb’s on the island and I loved watching the ferry. Some nights there is live jazz music from the restaurant. The vibe here is hard to beat. The staff makes everything so easy and they had good quality linens on the beds. I’ll stay here again."
