"Doctors are great medical staff is great. Management is terrible. Most of the front desk staff is great minus the one with the British accent. If you ever have any issues, make sure to document it and speak with your doctor about it as the doctors are the ones who have the final say. Ask for names, ask for a note to be put through to your doctor as well so everything is documented. Even if you talk to your doctor, you still want it in writing in your chart. Ask for Managements email as well."

"The Doctors here are absolutely phenomenal and love there patients and make us feel so comfortable, but the front desk staff have little to no patience or respect for anyone coming in, have verbally berated my partner and I over minor things such as change of address and are incredibly rude when it comes to asking questions. They have treated my partner so poorly during her pregnancy, that we refuse to even go back."

"Inside the Yelm Medical Plaza there is ATI physical therapy and the staff here were really helpful, nice and friendly, both my parents have had to go there for their physical therapy sessions as well, they both said the same thing, it's a great place to get some healing and stretching done.
