"I scheduled an appt. at the Yelm SeaMar for my daughter, showed up before appt. and was told they scheduled us in Tumwater and couldn't be seen. Fast forward to today when I tried to schedule an appt. and was told she has 3 no shows, 2 at Tumwater, one in Yelm. I only ever scheduled the one appt and they were rude because of apparently scheduling without letting me know. Horrible office staff. Do not recommend."

"I have been here for several appointments and have had nothing but great experiences! Dr Kate B. did a difficult procedure on a molar that several other dentists refused to touch. That meant my insurance covered it instead of having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for an oral surgeon. The dental assistants are so calming and supportive and the office staff does amazing at scheduling me promptly and giving me reminder calls. This is the only dental clinic I have been to that has been professional and compassionate enough to help resolve the teeth issues I’ve been dealing with for years. Believe it or not, I look forward to going to the dentist now, my smile has never been healthier!"

"Took my 7 year old here because it was the only place that could squeeze him in last minute for a tooth ache. Walked in and it looked like a cesspool. Usually when you go to the dentist you dont expect a waiting room full of sick people (during flu season) but I soon came to find that it was also a waiting room for the doctors office. Then when they see my son they take an xray and say nothing is wrong and send us home with him still in pain. My son got an abscess a week later on the same tooth he had been complaining about and suffered for a week without antibiotics. I should have gone with my gut and left as soon as I walked in and got a second opinion."

"My wife went in for a procedure after jumping through hoops and getting the information requested to them. They then canceled as she they said they were not informed about everything. Would not recommend these people to anyone."
