Concentra Urgent Care

"I think the problem here is that Concentra has no incentive to fully staff any of their locations. Their customer is the employer who often doesn't care how long their employee sits in a cramped waiting room. The employer just wants a low cost large network of clinics. This place sucks every time I'm here."

"First I would like to say that the staff were good. There were multiple people there that spoke Spanish, the nursing staff was friendly and were good doing the initial screening. However, there is no ability to schedule an appointment. I was there for a CDL physical and it took 4 hours to complete. I went here because my company will pay for the physical if done at a concentra office. Had I done it elsewhere it would have cost me $120, which would have been worth it not to wait so long. It seems the greatest issue is that there is only one or two doctors on staff. Overall if it's something urgent I would go somewhere else to make an appointment and be seen sooner."

"Made an appointment a month in advance for a simple DOT physical. Appointments are booked a month out. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment and wasn't seen for over an hour and a half. Told by staff that appointments are not priority and it does nothing for you. They have been told to just get people in as they arrive. Total time for appointment was over 2 hours."

"I had to go for a routine pee test today for my union and they were absolutely Amazing here! I was sent by the Olympia one to Tacoma and even with the paperwork mix up they got it all handled so fast and well. I’m diabetic so I started having a drop in sugar while there and the lady who helped me was just above and beyond kind getting me a juice to lift it. They even told me to stay as long as I needed until it was better. It was really just such kindness there. Thank y’all and happy holidays!"

"Employees were great. went in for a walk in physical they worked through everyone quickly and smoothly. 3 stars is only because it's first come first served when you don't have an appointment (obviously) and I stood outside with other people next to a pile of human feces, urine and trash. Not the employees fault but hoping a lower rating can force corporates hand to not be cheap and pay for security at night."
