"Been trying to get a bad tooth pulled for two and half years. I’ve made three appointments to get it pulled and the dentist has found any and every excuse not to pull it at each appointment. It’s now cracked into pieces and half of it is gone and they are still telling me maybe next month and have scheduled a fourth appointment for this one tooth. They called my husband the day of his extraction and said the doctor was out of town and they didn’t know when he would be back. They never rescheduled him. My cleanings have been mediocre at best leaving plaque in easy to reach places. If you don’t have to go here, don’t! It’s not worth it."

"Terrible customer service. No one likes to be told their daughter isn't their daughter when they simply want to change an appointment time. Pretended to transfer me and then hung up on me. I don't expect much, but that was pretty personal."

"I took my wife to what was supposed to be a cleaning, that turned into something else. First they took us to a exam room, which I thought was weird for a cleaning. Then proceeded to tell me wife the she is getting a filling today and didn't say anything about the cleaning. My wife is not good with needles and gets very stressed out really easily. So they are talking to her about the numbing shots that we didn't know we were going to get. ( we were just here for a cleaning). So now my wife is starting to overthink and strees out. So after I get my wife calm down, they put her on nitrous. We'll a couple minutes of her on it, they realize she was just here for a cleaning all because they had something wrong with there Scheduling, my wife was going to get a filling she didn't need, was put on nitrous, had a panic attack. All they could say was "sorry sorry". I can't believe how unprofessional and how wrong this could have gone if no one realized she was just here for a cleaning."

"I used to not like going to the dentist, but ever since I made an appointment here, things changed. Dr.Craig Brandon, Bich Ngoc Nguyen, Rachael are the best. They are really professional, caring, and super patient. I look forward to going here for my next appointments because of them. Thank you soo much - Muhammad"

"This clinic has so many patients that it is near impossible to speak to anyone let alone get an appointment. Each time I’ve come here early for our appointments but have been sitting in the lobby at least an hour past my appointment time waiting to be called back. The scheduling alone makes the experience here not worth it but on top of that I’ve had other issues with the staff as well. As much as I love “community health centers” and even used to work for one, I can’t recommend this one."
